Prior to establishing Whiteside Business Brokers, he owned and operated a multi-million dollar manufacturing service company for 13 years. Equally involved in both the selling and purchase of commercial real estate investment properties, Charlie knows how owners feel when it is time to make the most important business decisions of their lives.
